摘要
从先唐至宋代,作为食材的笋历经了一个由贵族到平民的演变过程,并在文学作品中逐渐形成了独立的品格象征内涵。唐宋时期的咏笋诗在形式和内容上有着很大的差别,反映了唐宋士人对于身份与地域认同、政治隐喻与文化审美趣味的不同表达。以唐宋为中心,探讨中国咏笋诗审美演进及食笋思想的提升,可以从饮食生活角度透视中国士人的心态、思想和精神追求的变迁,也可以在食笋尝鲜与求淡的矛盾中品味唐宋诗人在不同境遇下对理想人生的情感寓托,感悟诗中食笋精神的当代价值。
From the pre-Tang Dynasty to the Song Dynasty,bamboo shoots as an ingredient underwent an evolution process from nobility to commoners,and gradually formed an independent characteristic symbol connotation in literary works.There were great differences in the form and content of bamboo shoot poems in the Tang and Song dynasties,reflecting the different expressions of identity and regional identification,political metaphors and cultural aesthetic tastes by scholars.Focusing on the Tang and Song Dynasties,this paper discussed the aesthetic evolution of Chinese bamboo shoot poetry and the improvement of the idea of eating bamboo shoots.From the perspective of eating and living,we could see the changes in the mentality,thinking and spiritual pursuit of Chinese scholars,and we could also explore the contradiction between eating bamboo shoots and trying new things.We could taste the emotional support of the ideal life of the poets in the Tang and Song Dynasties under different circumstances,and realize the contemporary value of the spirit of eating bamboo shoots in the poems.
