饮食社会学的中国图景

Chinese perspective of dietary sociology

饮食社会学是借助社会学视角对饮食现象进行分析阐释的社会学分支学科。通过梳理相关文献发现,既有研究主要围绕两条主线:一条是将饮食消费作为一个透镜来追踪和观察社会转型与文化变迁;另一条是以饮食问题为切入点对现代性进行反思。与此同时,社会学家也关注到饮食社交、饮食健康、饮食实践等具有中国特色和时代背景的新兴议题。既有研究的一个明显的共同特征是,以饮食为突破口将微观与宏观相结合,进而观照整个社会。总体来说,当前中国饮食社会学领域已初步呈现主线突出、议题多元、微观与宏观相结合的研究图景,不过在结构眼光、生活视野、技术思维、类型划分等方面仍有待进一步拓展。

Dietary sociology is a branch of sociology that analyzes and interprets the phenomena of diet from sociological perspective.By teasing out the relevant literature,it is found that the existing researches mainly revolve around two main lines:one is to track and observe social transformation and cultural change through food consumption;the other is a reflection on modernity from the diet point of view.At the same time,sociologists have also paid attention to emerging issues with Chinese characteristics and the background of the times,such as dietary socialization,dietary health,and dietary practices.An obvious common feature of existing research is that the diet is taken as a breakthrough by combining the micro and macro aspects to observe the whole society.In general,the current Chinese dietary sociology field has initially presented a research landscape with prominent main lines,diverse topics,and a combination of micro and macro aspects.However,there is still room for further expansion in terms of structural vision,life vision,technical thinking,and type division.
