五家渠市2013年-2021年涉禽外环境禽流感病毒监测结果 被引量:4

Surveillance results of avian influenza virus in external environment of wading birds in Wujiaqu City,2013-2021

摘要 目的分析2013年—2021年五家渠市涉禽外环境禽流感病毒监测结果,为五家渠市禽流感疫情防控提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法采集五家渠市涉禽外环境4类监测场所,5类环境标本的禽流感病毒样本,采用实时荧光PCR对涉禽外环境样本进行核酸检测,采用卡方检验对涉禽外环境禽流感病毒核酸检测结果进行统计分析。结果2013年—2021年五家渠市涉禽外环境禽流感病毒总体阳性率为12.90%,H9为主要亚型。全年阳性率最高的为第四季度,达22.54%。在各种监测场所中,阳性率最高的场所为城乡活禽市场,为17.04%,最低为家禽规模养殖场(户),仅3.74%。在采集的各类检测标本中,清洗禽类的污水阳性率最高,为20.16%。结论五家渠市涉禽外环境中禽流感病毒以H9亚型为主,应加强冬季监测与防控,加大对家禽散养户集中地区的监督与管理,加强农贸市场清洗禽类污水的处理。 Objective The monitoring results of avian influenza virus in the external environment of wading birds in Wujiaqu City from 2013 to 2021 were analyzed to provide evidence for the prevention and control of avian influenza.Methods Avian influenza virus samples were collected from class four and class five environmental monitoring sites in Wujiaqu City by random sampling method.Real-time PCR was used for the detection of nucleic acid of environmental samples from wading birds.Chi-square test was used for the statistical analysis of nucleic acid detection results of avian influenza virus in environmental samples from wading birds.Results From 2013 to 2021,the overall positive rate of avian influenza virus in the external environment of wading birds in Wujiaqu City was 12.90%,and H9 was the main subtype.The highest positive rate was 22.54%in the fourth quarter of the year.In various monitoring sites,the positive rate was the highest in urban and rural live poultry markets(17.04%),and the lowest was in large-scale poultry farms(3.74%).In all kinds of samples collected,the positive rate of sewage cleaning poultry was 20.16%.Conclusion The avian influenza virus was mainly H9 subtype in the external environment of wading birds in Wujiaqu City.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and prevention and control in winter,strengthen the supervision and management of free-range poultry households in concentrated areas,and strengthen the treatment of sewage from cleaning poultry in farmers.markets.
