摘要
本文基于全国61位从事教育硕士研究生教育工作的专家和管理者访谈的文本内容,运用博易数据挖掘平台DiVoMiner;对全日制教育硕士研究生培养条件存在的问题进行了内容编码和分析,研究发现存在师资力量相对薄弱、教学资源短缺、双导师制落实不到位和经费投入不足等问题。针对这些问题,从各级政府部门应加大支持力度、高校构建多维度监控机制和教师转变观念积极投入三方面提出了改进建议。
Based on the text content of interviews with 61 experts and managers who are engaged in the education of postgraduates in education in China, DiVoMiner;is used to code and analyze the problems existing in the training conditions of full-time postgraduates in education.The problems of relatively weak strength, shortage of teaching resources, inadequate implementation of the dual-tutorial system and insufficient investment in funds, etc.,and suggestions for improvement are put forward from three aspects: increasing support from government departments at all levels, building a multi-dimensional monitoring mechanism in colleges and universities, and actively investing in teachers’ transformation of ideas.
