摘要
为了分析十二碳醇酯产品中的杂质对贮存后产品的伯/仲酯比例的影响,通过在十二碳醇酯中添加杂质异丁醛、2,2,4-三甲基-3-羟基戊酸、异丁酸以及三甲基戊二醇,检测杂质对十二碳醇酯伯酯、仲酯及总含量稳定性的影响。结果表明:异丁醛、异丁酸及羟基戊酸会对十二碳醇酯伯/仲酯比例的稳定性产生明显影响,加入3种杂质后均使仲酯的含量明显上升,伯酯明显下降,而总含量没有明显变化。而三甲基戊二醇对十二碳醇酯含量没有明显的影响。
Impurity in alcohol ester C-12 will affect the primary/secondary ester ratios of the product.The effects of impurities on the stability of the alcohol ester C-12 ester,secondary ester,and total content were detected by adding isobutyraldehyde,2,2,4-trimethyl-3-hydroxyvalic acid,isobutyric acid,and trimethylpentadiol.It was found that isobutyraldehyde,isobutyric acid and hydroxyvaleric acid could affect the stability of the ratios of primary alcohol ester C-12 and secondary ester significantly.The addition of all three impurities caused significant increase of secondary ester and decrease of primary ester,while the total content did not change significantly.However,trimethylpentanediol did not have a obvious effect on the content of alcohol ester C-12.
