充气展开月面居住舱微流星体防护及隔热设计 被引量:3

摘要 为满足月面居住舱轻质、大容积、高防护性能的要求,提出并设计了一种具有多层夹芯多功能防护层的充气展开月面居住舱,研制了充气展开月面居住舱样机,分析了舱体的微流星体超高速碰撞防护及隔热性能,并测试了折叠与展开性能。结果表明:充气展开月面居住舱具有很好的微流星体防护和隔热性能、较高的折叠效率,可快速平稳地充气展开成型为大容积月面居住舱,为航天员提供安全舒适的月面工作和生活环境。 An inflatable deployable lunar habitation module(IDLH)with multi-layer sandwich shielding was proposed and designed according to the requirements of lightweight,large volume,and high shielding performance.A prototype of IDLH was developed and a series of tests were carried out including the hypervelocity impact test,the thermal insulation test,folding test,and deployment test.The results showed that the IDLH exhibited superior micrometeoroid shielding performance and high folding efficiency.IDLH could be rapidly and steadily deployed to form a large volume lunar habitation module,providing a safe and comfortable working environment for astronauts.
