基础抗荷体能训练对飞行学员认知能力的影响

摘要 为保障飞行学员在提高身体抗载荷能力的同时提高心理素质,研究力量训练对飞行学员的认知能力影响。53名飞行学员作为受试者,分为实验组(25人)和对照组(28人),采用为期12周的力量训练和功率自行车高强度间歇运动,并结合心理干预作为干预方式,在干预前期、中期(6周)以及后期(12周)进行认知能力测试。测试包括注意网络功能、动态注意、工作记忆以及执行抑制功能4个方面。研究结果表明:干预使受试者的注意定向网络功能维持在较高水平(P<0.01);干预有提高受试者最大动态注意能力的趋势,且该趋势主要体现在后6周;实验组的工作记忆和执行抑制功能与对照组相比没有差异。基础性抗荷体能高效训练能够提高和保持飞行学员的注意能力。 To ensure the improvement of the psychological quality while improving their physical anti-load ability in student pilots,the impact of strength training on the cognition ability of the flight cadets were explored.Fifty-three student pilots were selected as the the test subjects and they were divided into the experimental group(25 subjects)and the control group(28 subjects).A 12-week period of strength training and high-intensity intermittent exercise on bicycle ergometer were adopted and the psychological intervention was used as the intervention method.Cognitive abilities including the attention network function,the dynamic attention,the working memory and the executive inhibition function were tested in the early,mid-term(6 weeks)and late(12 weeks)periods of the intervention.The results showed that the intervention could effectively maintain the attention and orientation network function of subjects at a high level(P<0.01),and the intervention had a tendency to improve the maximum dynamic attention ability of the subjects,and this trend was mainly reflected in the second 6 weeks.There was no difference between the experimental group’s working memory and the executive inhibition function as compared with the control group.The results suggested that basic anti-G physical training could improve and maintain the attention ability of flight students.
