移动医疗在MSM社区HIV防治中的应用研究进展

Research progress in the application of mobile health intervention regarding prevention and treatment of HIV in the MSM communities

随着移动互联时代的到来,医疗卫生领域从传统的服务模式跨越到以移动医疗技术(mHealth)为发展重点的现代化服务模式。在HIV防治工作中,mHealth已被广泛应用,其可及性、便捷性、高效性、经济性的特点非常适用于极其敏感的HIV高危行为人群,特别是善于使用移动互联技术进行社交、寻找性伴和获取信息的MSM,加之也是最易感染HIV的群体。本文综述了在HIV暴露前预防、HIV检测、健康行为干预、服药依从性及护理这几方面针对MSM的移动医疗干预的应用现状,并分析干预效果和局限性,为未来我国制定可推广的移动医疗干预策略提供依据。

With the advent of the mobile Internet era,health care programs have been promoted from the traditional to the modern service model with mobile health technology(mHealth) as the focus of development.The mHealth has been widely used in HIV prevention and treatment and proved quite suitable for most sensitive high-risk populations with good accessibility,convenience,efficiency,and reasonable cost.Men who have sex with men(MSM) are good at using new technologies to social,meet partners and get information,however most vulnerable to HIV infection.Therefore,this article reviews the current situation of mobile health intervention for MSM in HIV,including preexposure prevention,detection,health behavior intervention,medication adherence,and nursing care.The intervention’s related effectiveness and limitations provide the basis for our country to formulate an intervention strategy that can be popularized in the future.
