企业家精神和工匠精神对企业创新绩效的影响

Influence of Entrepreneurship and Craftsmanship on Enterprise Innovation Performance

以企业家精神、工匠精神等企业精神为研究对象,基于知识管理视角,以知识获取、知识分享和知识利用3个维度构成的知识管理能力为中介变量,环境动态性为调节变量,从企业层面研究企业家精神和工匠精神影响企业创新绩效的内在机制。基于396家有效企业样本的调查数据,运用层级回归和Bootstrap方法进行实证分析和稳健分析。结果显示:企业家精神和工匠精神对创新绩效具有显著正向影响;知识管理能力是企业技术创新的必要条件,对企业创新绩效产生正向影响;知识管理能力是企业家精神影响企业创新绩效的中介变量,也是工匠精神影响企业创新绩效的中介变量,知识管理能力起到部分中介作用;环境动态性对知识管理能力与创新绩效的关系存在负向的调节效应。

Taking entrepreneurial spirit and craftsmanship spirit as the research object, based on the perspective of knowledge management, taking the knowledge management ability composed of three dimensions of knowledge acquisition, knowledge sharing and knowledge utilizationas the intermediary variable and the environmental dynamics as the regulatory variable, this paper constructs entrepreneurial spirit and the influence mechanism between craftsmanship spirit and enterprise innovation performance, so as to explore how entrepreneurship affects enterprise innovation performance.Based on the survey data of 396 effective enterprise samples, hierarchical regression and bootstrap methods are used for empirical analysis and robust analysis.The results show that entrepreneurship and craftsmanship have a significant positive impact on innovation performance.The three dimensions of knowledge management capability are the necessary conditions for enterprise technological innovation, and have a positive impact on enterprise innovation performance.The three dimensions of knowledge management capability are not only the intermediary variables of entrepreneurship on enterprise innovation performance, but also the intermediary variables of craftsmanship on enterprise innovation performance.The three dimensions of knowledge management capability all play a partial intermediary role. Environmental dynamics has a negative moderating effect on the relationship between the three dimensions of knowledge management ability and innovation performance.
