摘要
项目将BIM技术、物联网及三维GIS技术深度融合,以BIM技术为核心的项目级智能化施工综合管理。实现质量巡检管理、远程视频监控、基坑智能监测、人员巡查路径规划、大型机械设备定位、智能化施工机械等方面的智能化,有效提升工程管理智能化水平,对推动工程建设向数字化、信息化、智能化发展具有理论价值和现实意义,也为BIM模型一模多用提供1种新的借鉴。
This project deeply combined BIM technique,IOT technique and GIS technique to realize BIM-based general intelligent construction management,including quality patrol inspection method,remote video monitoring and control,intelligent foundation pit monitoring,patrol inspection route planning,large equipment positioning and intelligent construction machine management,etc.Intelligent management level of the project was effectively improved.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to digital,information-based and intelligent engineering construction,providing a new reference for multiple application of BIM model.
