北京城市副中心站交通枢纽工程钢管柱直径达1.4 m,钢管柱长度达26.5 m,安装精度要求达到1/1000,施工难度大。详细介绍从钢管柱加工、拼接到钢管柱安装的全过程控制方法,总结了高精度大直径超长钢管柱的施工技术,为类似工程提供借鉴。
In Beijing suburban railway subcenter station traffic hub project,the diameter of steel pipe column is 1.4m,the length is 26.5m and installation precision is required to be 1/1000,so there are great construction difficulties.This paper introduced the control methods for processing,splicing and installation of steel pipe column,summarized the construction techniques of super-long steel pipe column with high precision and large diameter,providing references for similar projects.
