摘要
针对膨胀型防火涂料耐火极限短,传统非膨胀型防火涂料易脱落、装饰效果差、不环保等问题,对石膏基环保型防火涂料进行研究。分析了石膏基防火涂料的基本性能与作用机理,并将其应用在工程实际中,通过配制、施工与检测,表明石膏基防火涂料强度高、不易脱落、表面平整,具有一定的装饰效果,且性能稳定、绿色环保。
In view of the problems such as short fire resistance limit of expansive fireproof coating,easy to fall off,poor decorative effect and environmental protection of traditional non-expansive fireproof coating,the gypsum based environmental protection fireproof coating is studied.The basic properties and action mechanism of gypsum based fire retardant coating are analyzed,and it is applied in engineering practice.Through preparation,construction and testing,it is shown that gypsum based fire retardant coating has high strength,not easy to fall off,smooth surface and certain decorative effect,stable performance and green environmental protection.
