摘要
近几年,受到新冠肺炎疫情及国际环境影响,经济下行压力大;政府持续对房地产市场宏观调控,建筑业发展减缓。在如此情况下,企业要想依然保持充足的竞争力,实现经济效益最大化,就必须建立以经济管理为中心的工程项目管理系统,将经济管理推向管理的顶点。综合以往项目实践经验,三次经营的精细化管理无疑是经济管理的关键。
In recent years,due to the impact of COVID-19 and the international environment,the economy has been under great downward pressure.The government continues to macro-control the real estate market,the development of the construction industry slowed down.In this case,if enterprises want to maintain sufficient competitiveness and maximize economic benefits,they must establish a project management system centered on economic management to push economic management to the top of management.Comprehensive experience of previous projects,the refined management of three operations is undoubtedly the key to economic management.
