Strengthening the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges is the inevitable way to adapt to the transformation and upgrading of the industry.Under the background of industrial transformation and upgrading,the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges is mainly affected by factors such as industrial talent demand,technological innovation and industrial intensive development trends.Guided by serving the transformation and upgrading of industry,higher vocational colleges must speed up the improvement of the professional group construction mechanism.On this basis we should actively explore the optimization path for the construction of professional groups from the aspects of strengthening the training of high-quality talents,promoting the same frequency resonance of professional groups and industrial development and focusing on the overall construction of resource pools within professional group.
