摘要
谈心谈话是高职院校辅导员日常工作的重要内容之一,是辅导员了解学生学习情况、心理状态、人际交往等方面的重要途径。增强谈心谈话的实效性,是辅导员开展学生思想政治教育工作的重要手段,不仅能够促进师生关系,还能更好地提升育人效果。
Heart-to-heart talk is one of the important daily works of counselors in higher vocational colleges.It is an important way by which counselors can get to know their students′learning,mentality and social relationships.Enhancing the effectiveness of heart-to-heart talk is an important means for counselors to implement ideological and political education,which can not only promote the relationship between teachers and students,but also better improve the effect of education.
