常州市制造业高质量发展评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of High-Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry in Changzhou

根据高质量发展的内涵,对标江苏省制造业高质量发展“十四五”主要指标要求,结合常州市制造业发展的现状,从创新能力、经济效益能力、低碳发展能力、开放水平、服务保障、数字化能力六个方面构建常州市制造业高质量发展指标体系,通过熵值法与灰色关联分析法相结合的方式测度常州制造业高质量发展水平,通过2010—2019年数据测度整体指数呈现高低交错但整体提升的趋势,创新能力、低碳发展、服务保障、数字化水平逐年提高,经济效益和开放水平呈现高低交错逐年递减的趋势。根据以上的实证结论,提出相应的政策措施。

According to the connotation of high-quality development,in accordance with the main requirements of the"14 th Five-Year Plan"for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Jiangsu Province,combined with the current situation of the manufacturing industry in Changzhou,the paper expounds an index system for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Changzhou from the six aspects of innovation ability,economic efficiency ability,low-carbon development ability,openness level,service guarantee,and digitization ability.And the high-quality development of Changzhou′s manufacturing industry can be measured through the methods of combination of entropy and gray correlation analysis.The overall indicators of data from 2010-2019 show a trend of staggered but overall improvement.The innovation ability,low-carbon development,service guarantee,and digitalization have increased year by year,while the economic efficiency and openness have shown a trend of staggered decline annually.In view of the above,the paper proposes the corresponding policies and countermeasures.
