摘要 近年来,随着医疗和畜牧养殖业的快速发展,抗生素的使用量也在逐年增多。然而,由于抗生素的不规范生产和滥用,大量的抗生素进入自然环境中,导致了大面积土壤环境污染,并对生态环境和人类健康造成了巨大的伤害。目前,并没有良好的技术将土壤环境中的抗生素进行高效降解。而土壤环境中不同种类的抗生素主要通过土壤微生物进行降解。本文将对土壤环境中抗生素的污染现状及对土壤环境的影响进行讨论,并系统地探讨了微生物降解土壤环境中抗生素的研究现状,以期为土壤环境中微生物降解抗生素提供参考。 In recent years, with the rapid development of medical and animal husbandry, the use of antibiotics is also increasing year by year. However, due to the non-standard production and abuse of antibiotics, a large number of antibiotics enter the natural environment, resulting in a large area of soil pollution, and caused great harm to the ecological environment and human beings. At present, there is no effectivity technology to efficiently degrade antibiotics in soil environment. In soil environment, different kinds of antibiotics are mainly degraded by soil microorganisms. In this paper, the pollution status and influence of antibiotics in soil environment were discussed, and the research status of microbial degradation of antibiotics in soil environment was systematically discussed, in order to provide reference for microbial degradation of antibiotics in soil environment.
