猪流行性腹泻是一种急性接触性病毒性传染性疾病,临床上以腹泻、呕吐、机体严重脱水为主要特征,可以在各个年龄段的猪群中传播流行,但不同阶段的猪群感染病毒后,所表现的症状存在一定差异性,主要对哺乳仔猪造成严重的威胁。目前猪流行性腹泻在世界范围内的生猪养殖主产区广泛分布,常呈地方流行、散发流行,造成的危害十分严重。该文探讨猪流行性腹泻的诊断与科学防治。

Porcine epidemic diarrhea is an acute contact viral infectious disease characterized by diarrhea,vomiting,and severe dehydration of the body,which can be transmitted among pigs of all ages,however,there are some differences in the symptoms of pigs infected with the virus in different stages,which is a serious threat to suckling piglets.At present,porcine epidemic diarrhea is widely distributed in the main production areas of pig breeding all over the world.This paper discusses the diagnosis and scientific prevention and treatment of porcine epidemic diarrhea.
