摘要
调味文化是中国饮食文化的重要组成部分,调味文化博物馆是展示和发扬调味文化的实体场所,是调味文化的重要载体之一。本文通过对国内部分具有代表性的调味文化博物馆进行感官体验分析,总结了调味文化博物馆感官体验的现状与不足,提出了调味文化博物馆的设计策略。
Seasoning culture is an important part of Chinese food culture.Seasoning Culture Museum is the entity place to display and promote seasoning culture,and it is one of the important carriers of seasoning culture.This paper analyzes the sensory experience of some representative seasoning culture museums in China,summarizes the current situation and deficiencies of sensory experience in seasoning culture museums,and proposes design strategies for seasoning culture museums.
