The Path to Guarantee the Rights and Interests of the Elderly in Reemployment Under the Background of Active Aging

随着渐进式延迟退休年龄政策的提出,配套的老年人再就业权益保护政策也应该相应地加以完善,这有助于收获长寿红利,助力人力资源强国的建设。但是目前老年人再就业过程中仍有众多阻碍,主要包括在法律上缺乏相应的权益保障、现有观念存在着一些误区,以及再就业的渠道有很多的限制。因此,要从国家、社会和家庭三个角度出发,在法律上、舆论上和感情上给予老年人充分的支持,让他们能够在劳动力市场上继续发挥余热,实现自己的价值。

With the proposal of the progressive retirement age policy,the supporting policies for the protection of the reemployment rights and interests of the elderly should also be improved accordingly,which will help to harvest longevity dividends and help build a country with strong human resources.However,there are still many obstacles in the process of reemployment of the elderly,mainly including:lack of corresponding legal protection of rights and interests,some misunderstandings in existing concepts,and many restrictions on reemployment channels.Therefore,from the perspectives of the state,society and family,the elderly should be fully supported in law,public opinion and emotion,so that they can continue to exert their residual heat in the labor market and realize their own value.
