高校书院制学生党建的困境与策略

The Party Construction among Students at Colleges:Predicaments and Countermeasures in Context of Academy system

书院是承担“专业课程教育”以外人才培养任务的育人场所。从教育阵地、专业嵌入、环境价值等多个角度着眼,尝试构建学生全人格的教育体系。书院党建是加强书院工作政治性的需要,也是高校党建引领的重要内容和方向。当前,书院党建存在组织不健全、阵地建设滞后等问题,亟待通过理顺关系、健全运行机制、明确职责使命、加强监督考核等多种路径改进书院党建,真正发挥书院的育人功能。

Academies are places where the tasks of talent training other than the teaching of professional curricula is implemented.The academies also attempt to build an education system facilitating the development of students'sound personality as an ideological front as well as an scaffold for professional development with adequate environmental value.The party construction in academies is required by both the need to enhance the political nature of activities in academies and the important content and direction of party construction at colleges.At present,problems exist in party construction in academies.For example,incomplete party organizational structure and inadequate awareness of consolidating academies as ideological fronts.It is urgent to strengthen and improve the party construction in academies by adopting measures like adjusting relations,perfecting operation mechanism,clarifying responsibilities and missions,intensifying supervision and assessment,so as to give full play to the educational functions of academies.
