摘要 现在的中国在产业技术研发、政策法规制定等各个方面不仅有效推动了我国智能信息网络汽车联合电动汽车产业的快速发展,为有效促进汽车相关产业技术的不断进步。本文详细性地介绍了智能网联汽车线性制动刹车辅助控制制动系统的基本结构和应用发展,并对其基本原理和功能特点分别进行了分析比较。结合目前汽车市场上两种主流的混合油压线控制动技术系统,深入研究分析目前汽车采用线性式控制油压制动技术系统所可能面临的各种技术难题,我们最新提出了一种基于更实用的新型电子机械油压制动器(EHB)和基于电机驱动器(EMB)的线性制动技术系统。为未来几年智能网联汽车高速制动监控系统的广泛发展应用奠定了坚实基础,推动汽车时代的快速发展。 At present,China has not only eff ectively promoted the rapid development of the intelligent information network automobile combined electric vehicle industry in various aspects such as industrial technology research and development,policy and regulation formulation,but also eff ectively promoted the continuous progress of automobile-related industrial technology.This paper introduces the basic structure and application development of the linear braking and braking auxiliary control braking system of intelligent networked vehicles in detail,and analyzes and compares its basic principles and functional characteristics.Combining the two mainstream hybrid hydraulic brake-by-wire technology systems in the current automobile market,we conduct in-depth research and analysis on various technical problems that may be faced by the current automotive linear control hydraulic brake technology system.Practical new electromechanical hydraulic brake(EHB)and electric motor drive(EMB)are based on linear braking technology system.It has laid a solid foundation for the extensive development and application of the high-speed brake monitoring system of intelligent networked vehicles in the next few years,and promoted the rapid development of the automobile era.
