摘要
随着经济的高速发展和城市化进程的加快推进,城市轨道交通在我国城市公共交通中发挥了越来越重要的作用。为保证城市轨道交通的顺畅运行,轨道交通企业亟需大批业务素质高、专业技能过硬的专门人才。在这样的背景下,轨道交通站务员岗位的人才需求量也呈爆发式增长。目前,我国城市轨道交通职业鉴定体系尚不完善,2021年,国家刚刚出台职业技能标准,但还未明确统一规范的城轨职业技能鉴定方案,存在着知识和技能评价不规范、不全面、不客观等问题。为形成科学的人才评价体系,本文以国家职业技能标准为依据,充分调研城市轨道交通企业站务员岗位职业核心能力的需求及城轨运营专业院校人才评价情况,深入探究符合岗位需求、知识技能点覆盖全面的职业技能鉴定方案。
With the rapid development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,urban rail transit has played an increasingly important role in urban public transportation in China.In order to ensure the smooth operation of urban rail transit,rail transit companies urgently need a large number of professionals with high professional quality and professional skills.In this context,the demand for talents for rail transit station attendants is also growing explosively.At present,China's urban rail transit occupational appraisal system is not yet perfect.In 2021,the state has just promulgated occupational skill standards,but a unifi ed and standardized urban rail occupational skill appraisal scheme has not yet been defi ned.In order to form a scientifi c talent evaluation system,based on the national vocational skills standards,this paper fully investigates the needs of the occupational core competencies of station clerks in urban rail transit enterprises and the evaluation of talents in urban rail operation professional colleges and universities,and deeply explores the requirements,knowledge and skills that meet the job requirements,which cover a comprehensive vocational skills appraisal program.
