摘要
我国教育制度在不断改革和发展中,高职院校也在同时改革自己原有的教学模式,结合我国经济发展和人才的实际需求,“1+X”证书制度应运而生,主要应用在汽车专业的教学中,“1+X”证书制度非常适合我国企业对综合型人才的需求,制定出适合汽车专业人才的培养方案,培养学生对知识的额掌握能力和实际操作能力,这就需要加强高职院校的师资力量建设,创新高职教育的全新模式。
In the continuous reform and development of my country's education system,higher vocational colleges are also reforming their original teaching mode at the same time.Combined with the economic development and the actual needs of talents,the"1+X"certifi cate system came into being.The main application is in the teaching of automobile majors.The"1+X"certifi cate system is very suitable for the needs of Chinese enterprises for comprehensive talents,and a training plan suitable for automobile professionals is formulated to cultivate students'ability to master knowledge and practical ability.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges and innovate a new model of higher vocational education.
