摘要
货车碰撞试验台的动力来自于电力拖动系统,电力拖动系统的好坏决定碰撞试验台设计是否合理、可靠。本文以湖南省汽车技师学院电气自动化专业货车碰撞试验台研究与设计为背景,建立了整体货车碰撞试验电力拖动系统模型,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下得出电流曲线和速度曲线,验证了本文所设计电力拖动系统模型符合货车碰撞试验平台的需求,达到实验要求的性能指标。
The power of the truck crash test bench comes from the electric drive system.The quality of the electric drive system determines whether the design of the crash test bench is reasonable and reliable.In this paper,based on the research and design of the truck crash test bench for the electrical automation major of Hunan Automobile Technician College,the electric drag system model of the overall truck crash test is established,and the current curve and speed curve are obtained in the MATLAB/Simulink environment.The designed electric traction system model meets the requirements of the truck crash test platform and achieves the performance indicators required by the experiment.
