This article describes the eff ect of the conversion performance between pre-loading on the movement trend of the dummy.The performance of pre-loading and limiting force conversion is adjusted through simulation to verify the infl uence on the movement trend of the dummy,so as to ensure the correct of design idea.The pre-loading improvement of the product increases the constraint on the dummy,which can aff ect the movement trend of the dummy.The results show that the lap force can be signifi cantly reduced by improving the pre-loading,the head impact time can be delayed,the acceleration of chest and pelvis will be decreased,the chest pressure will be increased,and the restraint eff ect on the chest and pelvis of the dummy will be signifi cantly enhanced.The above design ideas,for the realization of the safety belt to achieve better restraint eff ect to provide a reference.
