基于农民认知行为的农村生态环境治理效果调查及改进策略

Investigation and Improvement Strategy of Rural Ecological Environment Governance Based on Farmers’Cognitive Behavior

“十四五”时期是我国生态文明建设的攻坚期,农村生态环境保护与治理是攻坚工作的重点内容之一[1]。新时代以来,农村生态环境虽然明显改善,但农村生态环境治理仍存在众多漏洞,深陷“边治理边污染”的困境。希望通过问卷调查法,对我国部分省市农村的生态环境治理效果进行剖析,并基于农民认知行为对农村生态环境治理效果不足的原因进行分析,尝试从政府和农民两个治理主体角度出发,提出改进策略。农村生态环境治理工作系统且持久,需要不断探索与创新。

The 14th Five Year Plan period is a critical period for the construction of ecological civilization in China[1],rural ecological environment protection and governance is one of the key contents of the critical work[1].Since the new era,although the rural ecological environment has been significantly improved,there are still many loopholes in the governance of rural ecological environment,which is deeply trapped in the dilemma of“governance while pollution”.I hope to analyze the effect of rural ecological environment governance in some provinces and cities in China through questionnaire survey,analyze the reasons for the insufficient effect of rural ecological environment governance based on Farmers’cognitive behavior,and try to put forward improvement strategies from the perspective of the two governance subjects of government and farmers.The work of rural ecological environment governance is systematic and lasting,which needs continuous exploration and innovation.
