某农田非法倾倒污泥的环境损害鉴定评估研究

Study on Environmental Damage and Identification of Assessment Illegal Dumping Sludge in a Farmland

目前,我国生态环境损害鉴定评估的理论和实践都处于起步阶段,在实际工作中还需要对其进行进一步的完善和创新。本文以某农田非法倾倒污泥事件为例,对事件造成的环境损害进行了鉴定评估。在实际评估过程中,主要通过调查污染的事实和环境污染的状况来确定土壤的损害程度,并进行了实物量化,评估生态环境恢复的必要性,进而确定生态环境的损害价值,以期能为今后类似污染事件的环境污染损害评估提供参考。

At present,the theory and practice of ecological environmental damage identification and assessment in China are in the initial stage,so it needs further improvement and innovation in the practical work in the future.In this paper,the environmental damage caused by the illegal dumping of sludge in a farmland was evaluated.In the actual assessment process,mainly through the investigation of the fact of pollution and environmental pollution to determine the extent of soil damage,and physical quantification,in order to assess the necessity of ecological environment restoration,so as to determine the damage value of the ecological environment,it is expected to provide reference for environmental pollution damage assessment of similar pollution events in the future.
