以乡村振兴推进共同富裕的实践路径探析

脱贫攻坚战的全面胜利,使农村居民生活水平得到显著提高,为共同富裕奠定了物质基础。乡村振兴作为实现共同富裕的必经之路和重要内容,能够在巩固和拓展脱贫攻坚成果的基础上,弥补中国乡村建设的短板,推动农业农村现代化建设,进一步促进社会公平正义,让全体人民向着共同富裕的目标稳步迈进。当前以乡村振兴推进共同富裕还存在乡村现代化基础薄弱、城乡发展差距大、农村低收入和特殊困难群体较多等问题,可以通过加强农村公共文化服务体系建设,深度发掘农村文化资源,全面提升基层组织治理能力,坚持绿色和谐发展理念,健全农村人才管理机制等路径,稳步推进共同富裕目标的实现。

The comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty has significantly improved the living standards of rural residents and laid a certain material foundation for common prosperity in China.On the basis of consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation,rural vitalization,the indispensable way and important means to achieve common prosperity,can make up for weaknesses in China’s rural development,promote agricultural and rural modernization,further promote social equity and justice,and enable all people to make steady progress toward common prosperity.At present,there are still such problems as weak modernization foundation,big gap between urban and rural development,relatively low income in rural areas and certain low-income groups.In order to steadily promote common prosperity we should strengthen the construction of rural public cultural service system,make full use of rural cultural resources,fully promote grass-root organization management ability,adhere to the green concept of harmonious development,and improve the mechanism of rural talent management.
