宁夏农业特色优势产业优化调整的实践经验、存在问题及对策建议

Practical Experience, Existing Problems and Countermeasures for Optimizing and Adjusting Ningxia’s Agricultural Characteristic Advantage Industries

本文在深入调研的基础上,分析了宁夏各地农业特色优势产业优化调整的趋势及目的:为“粮”而调、为“养”而调、为“加”而调、为“效”而调;优化调整的约束条件因素:因“水”而调、因“地”而调、因“气候”而调。分析了优化调整中存在的问题:对稻麦面积冲击较大,存在两种相互矛盾的导向,人畜、粮草争地矛盾依然突出,蔬菜产后产业链存在短板等问题;同时,提出了相应的对策建议。

On the basis of in-depth investigations, the trend and purpose of the optimization and adjustment of agricultural characteristic advantageous industries in various parts of Ningxia are analyzed: adjusted for "grain",adjusted for " livestock raising", adjusted for "processing", and adjusted for "efficiency";Constraint factors for optimization and adjustment: adjusted for "water", adjusted for "land", adjusted for "climate". The problems existing in the optimization and adjustment are analyzed: the impact on the area of rice and wheat is great;there are two contradictory orientations;the conflict between humans and livestock, and grass and grain is still prominent, which is not conducive to the long-term development of the grass and livestock industry;there are shortcomings in the vegetable post-production industrial chain. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
