摘要
Two-dimensional(2D)materials,such as graphene,h-BN,and MoS_(2),and their van der Waals(vdW)heterostructures attracted tremendous research interests in the past decade for their intriguing properties at atomic thinness.2D materials not only offered a great platform for the fundamental research, but also brought promising application potentials in novel van der Waals electronic and optoelectronic[1-5].
