疫情影响下新生代农民工职业妥协对工作投入的影响

The Impact of Career Compromise on Work Engagement of the New Generation of Migrant Workers under the Impact of COVID-19

本文基于社会认知理论和自我决定理论,采取问卷调查的方法,收集了906份新生代农民工样本,对疫情影响下新生代农民工职业妥协对工作投入的影响进行检验,得到以下结论:(1)新生代农民工职业妥协对工作投入呈显著正相关关系,其中发展机会妥协和社会期望妥协对工作投入有显著正向影响,但是职业偏好妥协没有显著影响;(2)利益导向和人际和谐双重中介了新生代农民工职业妥协和工作投入的正相关关系,但其中只有发展机会妥协通过双重中介作用影响了工作投入;(3)在对新生代农民工工作投入各维度影响的研究中,发展机会妥协通过人际和谐间接影响了活力和奉献维度,发展机会妥协和社会期望妥协都通过利益导向间接影响了专注维度。

Based on social cognitive theory and self-determination theory,this paper collected 906 samples of the new generation of migrant workers to test the impact of career compromise on a work engagement under the influence of the epidemic.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The career compromise of the new generation of migrant workers has a significant positive correlation with work engagement.Among them,development opportunity compromise and social expectation compromise have a significant positive impact on work engagement,but career preference compromise has no significant impact.(2)Interest orientation and interpersonal harmony double mediate the positive correlation between career compromise and work engagement of the new generation of migrant workers,but only development opportunity compromise affects job engagement through dual mediation.(3)In the research on the influence of various dimensions of work engagement of the new generation of migrant workers,development opportunity compromise indirectly affects the dimension of vitality and dedication through interpersonal harmony,while development opportunity compromise and social expectation compromise indirectly affect the focus dimension through interest orientation.
