摘要
目的探讨住院和门诊患者在血标本采集时的空腹时长和检验结果完成前放置时长之间的差异和原因。方法分别收集检测生化项目的住院和门诊患者277.286例。获取标本采集、核收和仪器检测完成时间,计算不同环节耗费时长。结果住院组的空腹—采集时长低于门诊组的、采集—核收时长高于门诊组的、核收-结果时长高于门诊组的、采集—结果时长高于门诊组的、空腹—结果时长低于门诊组的。5组数据在2组患者间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论空腹时长和标本放置时长延长使糖脂等检验结果比实际低,易误判为糖脂代谢正常。门诊患者的空腹时长比住院患者长,住院患者的标本放置时间长于门诊,有必要加强对空腹和标本放置时长的规范管理。
Objective To investigate the difference of fasting duration and specimen placement time between inpatients and outpatients and to analyze the reasons for this difference.Methods 277 inpatients and 286 outpatients were collected.The specimen collection time,verification time,instrument test completion time were all recorded and the time interval between different links calculated.Results The fasting duration in the inpatient group was lower than that in the outpatient group.The time from specimen collection to specimen verification was higher than that in the outpatient group.The specimen verification to receive the result was higher than that in the outpatient group.The time from specimen collection to test completion was higher than that in outpatient group.The time from fasting to test completion was less than that in the outpatient group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The fasting time and the specimen placement time rendered the test results of glycolipid and other tests lower than the actual ones,it was easy to be misjudged as normal glucose and lipid metabolism.The fasting time of outpatients was longer than that of hospitalized patients,the specimen placement time of inpatients was longer than that of the outpatients.It is necessary to strengthen the standardized management of fasting and specimen placement time.
