摘要 垃圾分类治理是优化资源配置、发展循环经济、建设生态文明、构建智慧城市的必由之路。目前,包装废弃物增量已经成为我国生活垃圾增量的主力军。如何解决包装废弃物“围城”现象是全人类共同关注的社会难题。利用城市大脑构建智慧城市的包装废弃物资源化系统,一方面可以通过技术创新提高包装废弃物资源化的效率,另一方面可以通过城市大脑在社会治理中的协同效果激发参与垃圾分类治理主体的优势,助力实现城市治理现代化。 Garbage classification and management is the only route to optimize the allocation of resources, develop circular economy, construct ecological civilization and build smart cities. At present, the increment of packaging wastes has become the main force of the increment of household garbage in China. How to solve the problem of packaging garbage in a city is a common-concerned social difficult point. There are two advantages of utilizing urban brain to establish packaging garbage recycling system for smart cities: one is improve the efficiency of packaging garbage recycling through technological innovation, the other is to stimulate the subjects to participate in garbage classification management through the synergistic effect of urban brain in social governance, helping to realize the modernization of urban governance.
