中国共产党百年民主政治建设基本经验探析

On Basic Experience of Democratic and Political Construction of the Communist Party of China in the Past Century

中国共产党自成立以来,坚定不移地把民主政治作为社会主义的生命。总的来说,党的民主政治建设有自己的特点,主要表现在:坚持党的核心领导与人民民主专政相统一;以科学社会主义为基准,不断发展具有中国特色的民主政治理论;持续推进法治建设,通过立法保障民主的实现;不断深化人民民主意识,促进人民有序参与国家管理;始终坚持建立和完善制度,确保民主政治的实施。通过对中国共产党百年民主政治建设的研究,进一步指明了中国特色社会主义民主政治的发展方向,有利于加快国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化。

Since the founding of the Communist Party of China, democracy has been firmly regarded as the life of socialism. In general, the democratic and political construction of the Party has its own characteristics, which are mainly shown in following aspects: adhering to the unity of the core leadership of the Party and the people’s democratic dictatorship;taking scientific socialism as the benchmark and developing the democratic and political theories with Chinese characteristics;continuously promoting the construction of the rule of law and ensuring the realization of democracy by legislation;deepening the people’s democratic consciousness and promoting the people’s ordered participation in the country management;always adhering to the establishment and improvement of the system and ensuring the implementation of democratic politics. Through the research on the construction of democracy of the Communist Party of China for one hundred years, the development direction of socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics is further pointed out, which is conducive to speeding up the process of modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.
