Analysis of VOCs Waste Gas Treatment Measures in Chemical Industry

近年来,我国实现了经济的高速增长,但也产生了不容忽视的环境污染。其中化工行业生产过程中产出的挥发性有机物因其种类多、理化性质复杂,因而最难治理。如何结合我国化工行业发展的实际情况而开展VOCs污染防治工作,选择有针对性的治理方式实现废气达标排放,是一项艰巨而复杂的任务。基于此,本文将立足化工行业当前VOCs废气的治理现状,对一些常见且有效的治理技术与策略进行简要地分析,旨在为VOCs废气的治理工作提供参考。

In recent years,China’s economy has achieved rapid growth,but it has also produced environmental pollution that can not be ignored.The volatile organic compounds produced in the process of chemical industry are difficult to control because of their variety and complex physical and chemical properties.How to carry out VOCs pollution prevention and control work in combination with the actual whole process of the development of China’s chemical industry,and select targeted treatment methods to achieve emission standards is a difficult and complex task.Based on this,this paper will be based on the current treatment status of VOCs exhaust gas in the chemical industry,and briefly analyze some common and effective treatment technologies and strategies,in order to provide reference for the treatment of VOCs exhaust gas.
