新时期海洋环境现状及保护措施研究

Research on the Present Situation of Marine Environment and Protection Measures in the New Period

在我国整体经济快速发展的过程中,社会各个行业对于资源的需求不断提升,这也造成了我国很多资源面临着枯竭。为了满足我国在发展阶段所面临的巨大资源需求,人们加大了对海洋资源的开发力度,把其中蕴含的巨大能量转化为人们需要的各类资源,但是在对海洋资源进行开发的同时,海洋环境也遭到了污染。本研究结合新时期海洋环境的实际情况以及海洋环境保护的现状,分析了海洋环境保护中存在的问题,并提出相应的保护途径和措施。旨在通过海洋获取所需资源的前提下,尽量避免海洋的生态环境遭到破坏,进而使海洋系统能够稳定运行,为我国水资源环境保护贡献一份力量。

In the process of accelerating the overall economic development of our country,people’s demand for resources is increasing,which also leads to the depletion of many resources in our country.In order to meet the huge resource demand faced by the country and society in the development stage,people began to strengthen the development of marine resources and transform the marine energy into all kinds of resources that people need.However,while economic development and social progress,it also caused marine pollution.Combined with the actual situation of marine environment in the latest period and the current situation of marine environmental protection,this study understands the problems existing in marine environmental protection,and puts forward corresponding protection ways and measures.It is hoped that in the process of obtaining resources to meet social development,the destruction of marine ecological environment can be avoided,so as to make the marine system operate stably and contribute to national environmental protection.
