摘要
目前,城市生活垃圾转运站粉尘和恶臭等环境污染问题已受到国家高度重视。而生物除臭技术由于恶臭物去除率较高,经营成本较低,且不会产生二次污染,成为一种具有广阔应用前景的恶臭物污染控制技术。本文主要阐述了垃圾转运站的生产工艺和主要污染物的产生情况,并着重说明了工作流程中恶臭废气的主要来源、危害性以及怎样降低对环境的直接危害;并将物理吸附法、化学洗涤法、焚烧法、生物处理法等多种常见的废物处置技术进行了对比;同时也对转运站除臭技术及工艺流程进行了解析,以此为垃圾转运站除尘除臭系统的高效应用提供理论参考和基础。
At present,the pollution problems of urban domestic waste transfer stations,such as dust and odor,have been paid great attention by the state.Biological deodorization technology has become a kind of odor pollution control technology with broad application prospect because of its high odor removal rate,low operating cost and no secondary pollution.This paper mainly describes the production process and the main pollutants in the waste transfer station,and focuses on the main sources of malodorous waste gas in the work process,harmfulness and how to reduce the direct harm to the environment,physical adsorption,chemical washing,incineration,biological treatment and other common waste disposal technologies were compared,at the same time,the deodorization technology and process flow of the transfer station are analyzed,which provides theoretical reference and basis for the efficient application of the dedusting and deodorization system of the refuse transfer station.
