生态经济视角下的水环境保护博弈与优化分析

Game and Optimization Analysis of Water Environment Protection from the Perspective of Ecological Economy

生态经济及环境保护政策的实施,使得我国在环保工作中取得了一定成绩,特别是各种生态治理措施的实施,有效改善了我国的水环境体系。在生态经济视角下,通过协调利益主体间的协作关系,达到维护水资源保护的目标,成为值得我们深思的重要课题。本文通过介绍当前水环境保护中各利益主体的博弈情况,分析其中的均衡关系,并提出优化措施,以期为我国的水资源、水环境保护提供更多参考和发展思路。

The implementation of ecological economy and environmental protection policies has made certain achievements in China’s environmental protection work,especially the implementation of various ecological treatment measures,which has effectively protected and improved the water environment system.However,from the perspective of ecological economy,how to coordinate the cooperative relationship between stakeholders and maintain the basic policy of water resources protection has become an important topic worthy of our deep thinking.This paper introduces the game situation of various stakeholders in the current water environment protection,analyzes the equilibrium relationship,and puts forward optimization measures,in order to provide more reference and development ideas for China’s water resources and water environment protection.
