浅析某市江北新区排污许可核发工作存在的问题

An Analysis of the Problems in the Issuance of Emission Permits in Jiangbei New Area of a City

根据排污许可证填报的质量情况,结合排污许可证审核发放工作的实际,对日常审核发现的部分行业技术规范存在不足之处提出了相应的疑问,针对审核过程中遇到的问题提出相应的解决方式。实践证明,生态环境主管部门与第三方评估单位有效地开展排污许可证审核,能够保质保量完成排污许可证的发放工作。

Based on the quality of the emission permits filled in,and taking into account the actual work of emission permit auditing and issuance,corresponding queries were raised on the deficiencies of some of the industry technical specifications found in the daily audits,and corresponding solutions were proposed for the problems encountered in the auditing process.It has been proven that the competent ecological and environmental authorities and the third-party assessment units effectively carry out the emission permit audits and are able to complete the emission permit issuance work with quality and quantity.
