总结林国华教授基于“通督调神,养肺清胃”理论,治疗岭南地区烟草依赖的经验,并对典型医案进行介绍。林国华教授认为本病基本病机在于烟毒可侵扰脑府元神,亦可引起肺阴受损,胃肠热盛,炼液成痰,痰蒙神窍。临证以百会、印堂、列缺、合谷为针刺主穴,以宁心安神,扶正祛邪;耳穴压豆神门、肺、胃、内分泌、皮质下、交感、口,以调理脏腑功能,减轻戒断症状;配合心理疏导,树立信心,提高戒烟成功率。

This article summarizes Professor LIN Guo-hua's experience in treating tobacco dependence based on the theory of"dredging governor vessel for regulating mentality and nourishing lung Yin,clearing stomach heat"in Lingnan area,and introduces typical medical records.Professor LIN Guo-hua believes that the basic pathogenesis of this disease is that tobacco poison can invade the soul of the brain.It can also cause lung Yin damage,gastrointestinal heat,phlegm from refining liquid,and phlegm obstructing the nerves.In the clinic,Baihui(GV 20),Yintang(GV 29),Lieque(LU 7)and Hegu(LI 4)are the main points of acupuncture to calm and soothe the mind,strengthen the body and eliminate evil.Auricular acupressure at Shenmen,Lungs,Stomach,Endocrine,Subcortical,Sympathetic and Mouth,can regulate the functions of viscera and relieve withdrawal symptoms.Cooperating with psychological counseling and building confidence are also used to improve the success rate of smoking cessation.
