冠状动脉瘤样扩张是指冠状动脉的异常扩张,并不完全是一种良性病变。与阻塞性动脉粥样硬化疾病不同,冠状动脉瘤样扩张目前的发病机制以及治疗方面仍遗留很大的空白。本文主要从病因、发病机制、诊断以及治疗方面进展对冠状动脉瘤样扩张进行阐释,期望提供个体化治疗方案。

Coronary artery aneurysms refer to abnormal expansion of the coronary arteries,which are not complete benign lesion as confirmed by many literatures.Unlike obstructive atherosclerosis disease,the current pathogenesis as well as treatment of coronary artery aneurysms still leave a large gap.This article mainly explains the progress in etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery aneurysms,hoping to provide individualized treatment plan.
