减少NO_(x)排放“小能手”:脱硝催化剂

摘要 NH_(3)选择性催化还原(NH_(3)-SCR)是一种将柴油车尾气中的NO_(x)转化为N_(2)的高效且具有广阔应用前景的技术。本文介绍了钒基催化剂和Cu基分子筛催化剂在NH_(3)-SCR反应中的研究现状,显示Cu基小孔分子筛催化剂在NH_(3)-SCR反应中表现出优异的脱硝活性和水热稳定性,成为极具发展潜力的柴油车尾气脱硝催化剂。通过将脱硝催化剂的研究进展融入到中学化学课堂教学中,强调化学课程的应用性和实践性,对培养学生应用化学知识解决问题的能力,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,强化学生科学探究的意识,培养学生的化学核心素养,有一定促进作用。 NH_(3)selective catalytic reduction(NH_(3)-SCR)is an efficient and promising technology that could convert NO_(x)in diesel vehicle exhaust into N_(2).The catalyst is the core of this technology.This article introduces the research status of vanadium-based catalysts and Cu-based zeolite catalysts in the NH_(3)-SCR reaction.Vanadium-based catalysts have the disadvantages of narrow active window,poor hydrothermal stability and biological toxicity in the NH_(3)-SCR reaction.The Cu-based small-pore zeolite catalyst exhibits excellent denitrification activity and hydrothermal stability in the NH_(3)-SCR reaction,and becomes a diesel vehicle exhaust denitrification catalyst with great development potential.By integrating the research progress of denitration catalysts into middle school classroom teaching,to emphasize the application and practicality of chemistry courses,cultivate students'ability to apply chemical knowledge to solve problems,promote a change in the way students learn,cultivate students'innovative spirit and practical ability,strengthen students'awareness of scientific inquiry,and cultivate students'chemical key competencies.
