番茄对盐和病原菌组合胁迫反应的研究进展

摘要 研究番茄植株对盐和病原菌组合胁迫的耐受性发现,其特异性反应随着盐度强度和植物抗性基因而变化,而且存在复杂的调控和交叉对话;植物激素在番茄植株对组合胁迫的适应中起着关键作用。本文试图阐明番茄植株对非生物和生物胁迫组合响应的复杂性,重点关注番茄对盐、病原菌胁迫组合的遗传控制和信号途径的交叉对话。据此,探索提出在多样性的环境条件下具有持续抗性表现的作物育种设计新策略。 It was found that the specific response varied with salinity and plant resistance genes.And there are complex regulation and cross talk.Plant hormones play a key role in the adaptation of tomato plants to combined stresses.This review attempts to elucidate the complexity of tomato response to abiotic and biotic stress combinations,focusing on the genetic control of tomato plants to salt and pathogen stress combinations and the cross dialogue of signal pathways.Based on this,a new strategy for crop breeding and design with sustained resistance under diverse environmental conditions was explored.
