同江铁路口岸后方通道运输能力分析与扩能改造方案研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究同江铁路口岸发展,探讨如何推进内陆地区口岸后方通道建设,对畅通铁路运输通道、提高铁路装备水平、促进区域经济发展具有十分重要的意义。通过分析同江铁路口岸经济环境,以及其后方通道佳木斯—同江北铁路不同区段的设备情况和现有运输能力,并基于同江铁路口岸及佳富铁路上行方向货运量预测情况,提出需对同江铁路口岸后方通道分区段线路进行改建扩能,通过分析比选各方案的可行性,推荐采用既有线增建二线电气化扩能方案,以匹配同江铁路口岸开通后的货物运输增量及后方通道运能,从而更好发挥口岸铁路运输优势,提升客货运能力效率,进一步服务市场主体经济和国民经济发展。 Studying the development of the Tongjiang railway port and discussing how to promote the rear passage construction of ports in inland areas are of great significance for smoothing the railway transport passage, improving the level of railway equipment, and boosting regional economic development. This paper analyzed the economic environment of the Tongjiang railway port and the equipment situation and the existing transportation capacity of different sections of the Jiamusi-Tongjiangbei Railway, the rear passage connecting the port. Depending on the predicted freight volume of the Tongjiang railway port and the Jiamusi-Fu’an Railway in the upward direction, this paper proposed to rebuild and expand the capacity of the rear passage of the Tongjiang railway port by section. Through the analysis and comparison of scheme feasibility, the paper recommended the capacity expansion scheme of building an additional line as an electrification line based on the existing line so as to match the increased freight transportation and the transportation capacity of the rear passage after the opening of Tongjiang railway port. The proposed scheme can better utilize the advantages of port railway transportation, improve the efficiency of passenger and freight transportation capacity, and further serve market players and the development of the national economy.
