摘要
甘肃省电子商务与快递物流业存在紧密联系,两者耦合协调发展对甘肃经济增长具有重要影响。通过阐述甘肃省电子商务与快递物流业现状,构建甘肃省电子商务与快递物流业评价指标体系,利用熵权-突变理论,通过微分方程分析耦合协调演化机理,经过实证分析得出结论:甘肃省电子商务与快递物流业耦合协调度演化过程为无序—磨合—协作—低度协调—中度协调—良好协调;2000—2019年耦合协调度呈上升趋势,且电子商务耦合度有望超越快递物流业;耦合协调度前期发展缓慢,后期发展速度较快,未来其耦合协调度有望向优化协调迈进。在此基础上,提出顺应电子商务发展趋势,持续加强基础设施投入,增强企业核心竞争力,使其电子商务与快递物流业更加协调化。
E-commerce in Gansu Province is closely related to the express logistics industry, and the coordinated development of the two has an important impact on Gansu’s economic growth. This paper introduced the current status of e-commerce and the express logistics industry, constructed the evaluation index systems of e-commerce and the express logistics industry in Gansu Province, and analyzed the evolution mechanism of coupling coordination through differential equations in light of the entropy weight method-catastrophe theory. The following results were obtained through empirical analysis. The coupling coordination degree between e-commerce and express logistics industry in Gansu Province evolves in the order of disorder–run-in–collaboration–low coordination–moderate coordination–good coordination. The coupling coordination degree was on the rise between 2000 and 2019, and the coupling degree of e-commerce is expected to surpass that of the express logistics industry. The coupling coordination degree between the two develops slowly in the early stage and rapidly in the late stage. In the future, the coupling coordination degree is expected to move toward optimal coordination. On this basis, the paper proposed the measures of following the development trend of e-commerce,continuing to strengthen infrastructure investment, and enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises so that e-commerce and the express logistics industry can become more coordinated.
