盘峰论争中的“民间”:命名、多义性与二重性

1999年发生在中国诗坛“知识分子写作”与“民间写作”之间的盘峰论争是一次场面混乱但影响深远的事件。然而,对“民间”这一诗群的命名与内涵,学界一直缺乏深入探讨。盘峰论争中“民间”的命名是一次偶然事件,但“民间”诗人立马接受了这一命名,并利用其多义性开始试图将“民间”理论化。尽管他们的理论建构多有瑕疵,却在实际上制造了一个新的“民间”概念,包括“口语诗学”与“非官方美学”两大基本元素,并使“民间”成为21世纪初的诗坛流行词。盘峰论争中的“民间”又呈现出一种二重性:它既是一种论战策略,又是一种诗歌理念。理解“民间”的多义性与二重性是理解盘峰论争的关键,也是理解21世纪初中国诗歌面貌的关键。

The 1999 Panfeng Polemic between “Intellectual Writing” and“Minjian Writing” was a complicated but significant event in Chinese poetic world.However,the naming of the poetry group “Minjian” and its connotations have not been fully examined in academia.The naming of“Minjian”during the Panfeng Polemic was an accident,but the Minjian poets immediately accepted this name and attempted to theorize it based on its multiplicity.Though the theorization had many flaws,it indeed created a new concept of“Minjian”comprised of two basic elements,“colloquial poetics”and“unofficial aesthetics”,and made“Minjian”a popular term in poetic world in the early twenty-first century.“Minjian”in the Panfeng Polemic also had duality because it served the Minjian poets as both a strategy and an ideal.Understanding the multiplicity and duality of“Minjian”is the key to understanding the Panfeng Polemic as well as the Chinese poetic world in the early twenty-first century.
