活血祛疣汤、他咪喹莫特软膏联合治疗尖锐湿疣的效果及对其性功能的影响

Effect of Huoxue Quyou Decoction and Imiquimod Ointment on Condyloma Acuminatum and Its Sexual Function

目的 研究尖锐湿疣治疗采用活血祛疣汤、他咪喹莫特软膏联合治疗的效果及其性功能影响。方法 将2019年9月-2020年9月收治的尖锐湿疣患者中任意选择100例作为研究对象,按照数字表达法分成两组,其中接受单药他咪喹莫特软膏治疗的50例患者设为对照组,另外50例接受活血祛疣汤联合他咪喹莫特软膏治疗的患者设为观察组,对比两组尖锐湿疣患者治疗后的临床疗效、性功能情况。结果 经统计,得出结论如下(1)观察组治疗有效率为94%明显高于对照组治疗有效率72%,两组尖锐湿疣患者的临床治疗效果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组患者性功能评分明显高于对照组患者评分,两组尖锐湿疣患者的评分差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组总复发率为12%,对照组总复发率为40%,两组尖锐湿疣患者的病情复发情况差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 尖锐湿疣利用活血祛疣汤联合他咪喹莫特软膏联合治疗可有效改善病情,促进性功能尽快康复,降低病情反复发作率,促进临床治疗效果升高。

Objective To study the effect of Huoxue Quyou Decoction and tamiquimod ointment on condyloma acuminatum and its sexual function.Methods 100 patients with condyloma acuminatum treated in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were randomly selected as the research object and divided into two groups according to the digital expression method.Among them,50 patients treated with single drug tamiquimod ointment were set as the control group,and the other 50 patients treated with Huoxue Quyou Decoction combined with tamiquimod ointment were set as the observation group,The clinical efficacy and sexual function of patients with condyloma acuminatum were compared between the two groups.Results After statistics,the conclusions are as follows:(1) the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 94%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72%.There was significant difference in the clinical treatment effect between the two groups(P<0.05).(2) The score of sexual function in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);(3) The total recurrence rate was 12% in the observation group and 40% in the control group.There was significant difference in the recurrence of condyloma acuminatum between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The combined treatment of condyloma acuminatum with Huoxue Quyou Decoction and imiquimod ointment can effectively improve the condition,promote the recovery of sexual function as soon as possible,reduce the recurrence rate of the condition and promote the clinical treatment effect.It has the application value worthy of active promotion.
