油气钻采装备企业标准化探讨

Discussion on the Standardization of Oil and Gas Drilling and Production Equipment Enterprises

随着我国石油钻采装备的迅速发展,国内研发制造实力增强,近些年标准化研究工作取得了长足进步。本文结合国内油气钻采装备行业龙头企业的标准化管理及实践,识别标准化管理体制及行业大型定制装备研发、制造、服务全过程标准化管理存在的不足,研究探讨企业如何围绕提升全业务全过程标准化能力,着重从重构标准化体系、核心技术标准化、零部(配)件标准化、制造体系标准化、服务保障标准化等方面,阐述如何全面提升国内钻采装备国际化水平。

With the rapid development of China’s oil drilling and production equipment, the strength of domestic research & development and manufacturing has been strengthened, and the standardization research has made great progress in recent years. Combined with the standardized management and practice of leading enterprises in the domestic oil and gas drilling and production equipment industry, this paper identifies the shortcomings of the standardized management system and the standardized management of the whole process of research & development, manufacturing and service of large-scale customized equipment in the industry, discusses how can enterprises improve the standardization capability of the whole business and the whole process, and comprehensively improve the internationalization level of domestic drilling and production equipment by focusing on the reconstruction of the standardization system, the standardization of core technology, parts(accessories), manufacturing system, and supporting services, etc.
