Meifeng Community Park in Shenzhen

该项目位于深圳市福田区梅林街道,中康路和北环路的交会处,占地面积4674.35 m;。梅林片区地处福田区的北面,也是“背面”,以城中村、老旧住宅和工业区为主,功能混杂、建筑老化、空间品质较低,形成了大量的“城市盲区”。场地原本与邻近小区属同一地块,却因开发商承诺给业主的公共配套设施没有实现而发生过多次纠纷。因此,业主对该地的建设非常敏感,曾多次抵制该地开发,使其闲置了近20年。场地原为闲置的钢筋水泥地面,四周被墙体围合,与周边区域存在一定高差,内部被用作临时停车场。因长期闲置并缺乏管理,部分区域已成为垃圾堆放的场所,导致场地周边杂草丛生、环境恶劣。

The project is located at the intersection of Zhongkang Road and Beihuan Road,Meilin Street,Futian District,in Shenzhen,covering an area of 4674.35 m2.Meilin Area is located in the north of Futian District,which is also the“back side”.It is dominated by urban villages,old houses and industrial areas,with mixed functions,aging buildings and low space quality,forming a large number of“urban blind areas”.The site originally belonged to the same plot with the neighboring community,but there were disputes due to the failure of the public supporting facilities promised to the owners by the developer.As a result,the owners were sensitive to the site’s construction and repeatedly resisted development,leaving the site vacant for nearly 20 years.
